Terms

The terms, in plain English

These are the terms we work to. They're written to be read, not skimmed. Draft, pending professional review; the reviewed version will replace this page and say so. Last updated 12 September 2026.

1. What you're buying

Each service has a page that says what's included, what isn't, and the price. That page is the scope. Anything outside it is quoted in writing before it starts. Prices include GST unless a page says otherwise.

The audit ($595)

A written review of one Google Ads account (Search campaigns, up to two or about $5,000 a month in spend) and the landing pages it sends people to, using read-only access and the search-term data Google makes available. You receive ranked findings, step-by-step fix instructions, website checks, negative keyword lists, a sign-off note and a 30-minute call. The audit is a diagnosis. It does not include changing your account, and it does not guarantee that waste will be found or that savings will follow. A clean account is a valid result.

The setup ($695)

A new Google Ads account created in your name and on your billing, with up to two Search campaigns, conversion tracking for calls and forms, negatives, location, schedule and network settings, ad copy, a budget recommendation and a handover. It does not include ad spend, ongoing management, landing page work or rebuilding an existing account.

The Health Check ($300)

A one-page check of an account that has been set up properly, comparing it with its last known-good state. Not a subscription; each one is booked and paid for separately.

2. Fit check, payment and delivery

We reply to every request with a fit check. If a service isn't right for you, we say so. If it is, we invoice, and work starts when payment has cleared and any access we need has been granted. Delivery windows on each page (for example, two working days for the audit) run from that point, in working days, and we confirm a date before you pay. If we're at capacity we'll say so before taking payment.

3. Access

We never ask for passwords. Audits use read-only access you grant inside Google Ads; you can remove it at any time and we'll remind you to. Accounts we create are in your name with you as admin. If you don't have authority to grant access to an account, please don't; tell us and we'll work out the right route.

4. What's yours

Everything we deliver is yours to keep and use with anyone, including another provider. Accounts, domains, hosting and logins we set up are in your name from the start. Our working notes and templates stay ours; the report and the account don't.

5. Corrections and remedies

If a finding in a report turns out to be wrong, tell us within 30 days and we'll correct it at no charge. If we miss a confirmed delivery date by more than two working days for reasons within our control, the audit is half price. If we can't deliver at all, you're refunded in full. We don't refund because the findings were smaller than you hoped; that's the risk of a genuine diagnosis, and it's why we don't guarantee waste.

6. Ongoing services

Management and any other monthly service is month to month. Either of us can stop it at the end of any month by email. On stopping, you keep everything, and we remove our access. The audit credit against management applies once, to the first month, if management starts within 60 days of the audit.

7. Fixes we do for you

Any change to your account or website that you ask us to make is quoted in writing from the time estimate in the report, approved by you before it starts, and logged when it's done.

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the authority to grant the access you grant, that the business information you give us is accurate, and that advertising claims we're asked to publish are true and lawful. Health and therapeutic claims are checked against the ASA code, but the claims themselves are yours.

9. Third parties

Google, Meta, hosting and software providers change their products and policies. We keep up, but we're not responsible for their outages, suspensions or changes, and platform rules apply to your accounts. Their fees (ad spend, hosting, call tracking) are paid by you to them.

10. Liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We're not liable for lost profits or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

11. Complaints and disputes

Email us first; we reply within two working days and try to fix it. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
