How we handle your information

Who we are
Moon Digital is a small Auckland business run by Lissy Fehnker-Heather and Luke Heather. The trading entity, address and contact details will be confirmed here before we take payment. Questions about this notice: hello@moondigital.nz.
What we collect when you enquire
The form asks for your name, email, and optionally your website, whether you have a Google Ads account and a spend band, plus whatever you write in the message. It's sent to our form provider (Netlify) and then to our email. We use it to reply to you and to do a fit check. We don't add you to a list or send follow-up sequences. Please don't put passwords, customer or patient details in the form; we never need them.
What we access when you're a client
- Audits and Health Checks use read-only access to your Google Ads account, granted by you inside Google Ads to our email address. Read-only means we can't change anything, but we can see spend, settings, search terms and conversion data. We look at your landing pages as any visitor would.
- Setups and management use standard access to accounts that are created in your name. You hold admin and can remove us at any time.
- We may ask for access to GA4, Tag Manager, call-tracking or your booking system where a finding depends on it. We say why each time.
What we do with it
We use account data only to produce the work you've bought. Reports are sent to you and kept in our files for the period below. We don't sell, share or trade client data, and we don't use one client's data to advise another. We don't put customer or patient details into any software tool, including AI tools; where software is used to pull or summarise account data, it's account-level advertising data, and we say so in the report.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: until we've replied and for 12 months after, so we can pick the thread up if you come back. Reports and working files: 24 months from delivery, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Read-only access: you can remove it the day the report lands; we'll remind you.
Analytics on this site
At the moment, none. If we add analytics, it will be in a property we own, this notice will say what's collected, and we won't send form contents or personal details into it.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected. Email us and we'll respond within 20 working days. If you're not happy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
